RETURN POLICY

 'Homlly' has a strong dedication to customer satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to our address for a full 'Homlly' credit minus shipping costs as soon as we have inspected the items and deemed that they warrant a refund.

 

This way, 'Homlly' makes shopping easy, safe and secure, ensuring that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. It also takes any risk out of purchasing online.

 

Our policy lasts 30 days, as stated on your order's original receipt date, unless otherwise stated on the product's page. All return items must have original tags and packaging; and must not have been installed, used, or modified (i.e. your item must be in the same condition as you have received it). If you believe you have received defective or incorrect merchandise, you should contact us within 7 days of receipt and provide a photo of the defect for verification.
 

HOW TO RETURN

Note: The returned item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you pack your items well and sign for service to return them to reduce the risk of damage or loss in transit.

For the avoidance of doubt, you shall be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item(s) to us OR you may deposit the item physically to our office.  It is strongly recommended to deliver the item with tracking information and we shall not be liable for any return item(s) that are lost or damaged. It is to be noted that all items are NOT refundable. We shall have the absolute discretion to decide whether Homlly credit(s) shall be awarded on case by case basis and you shall be allowed to purchase other item(s) at our site by the equivalent Homlly credit(s). You could choose to top up the shortfall by cash if the value of the newly selected item(s) is/are higher than the returned item(s).  All Homlly credit(s) are NOT refundable.

Should it be verified and confirmed that a defective or incorrect merchandise has been delivered to you, the shipping costs for returning the item(s) and sending the new or correct merchandise shall be borne by us.

RETURN PROCESSING

Once we receive your return item(s), kindly allow 14 working days for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation when the return process is finished and shall inform you of the relevant details.
